اتفاقية العضوية

This User / Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between Makina Jay Dee / MJD7 GROUP ("Company"), which is accessed through the website www.makinajaydee.com ("Site") or mobile applications, and the users of the site.

Contract Setup:

You need to create a user password by entering the information requested by the Company completely and accurately. It is important that you enter the mandatory information completely before creating your membership. After completing the user/membership process, you can correct any deficiencies or errors noted in the "My Information" section or contact customer service.

Contract Submission:

When the user/membership process is completed, this Agreement will be sent to the email address specified by the user. Additionally, it will be possible to access the Agreement through the website.

Membership Cancellation:

Users may terminate their membership by providing oral or written notice without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Personal Data Processing:

The Company acts as a data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and may process personal information under certain circumstances.

Commercial Electronic Communications:

Users can grant permission to receive promotional and advertising electronic messages, communications, and promotional content.

Site Links:

The privacy policies and terms of use of other sites accessed from the Site apply. The Company cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from these sites.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Intellectual property rights related to the content on the Site belong to the Company, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

Amendment Rights:

The Company reserves the right to make any changes regarding its site and services.

Complaint and Application:

The justified demands and complaints of the user/members will be addressed within the framework of customer satisfaction. If this is not possible, the user/member has the right to apply to regional and local arbitration committees or consumer courts in the settlement, within legal monetary limits.
