Distance Selling Agreement

By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts in advance that if he approves the order subject to the contract, he will be under the obligation to pay the price subject to the order and the specified additional fees such as shipping fee, tax, if any, and that he has been informed about this.
- DEFINITIONS:
During the execution and interpretation of this agreement, the terms set forth below shall represent the explanations opposite them.
- MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade.
- MINISTRY: Ministry of Customs and Trade.
- LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
- REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188).
- SERVICE: Refers to the scope of any consumer transaction that is carried out in return for a fee or benefit and other than the provision of goods.
- SELLER: A company that supplies or represents products to consumers within the framework of its commercial or professional activities and offers them on its behalf or account.
- BUYER: It is the natural or legal person who acquires the goods or services for non-professional purposes or who is the acquirer in the position of a consumer.
- SITE: The website of the SELLER.
- ORDERER: A real or legal person who requests a good or service through the website of the SELLER.
- PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER.
- CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
- GOODS: Refers to the movable goods subject to shopping and software, audio, video and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environment.
- SUBJECT:
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties, subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the following features and sales price within the scope of the order placed by the BUYER electronically on the SELLER's website.
The prices stated and advertised on the website represent the selling prices. Announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a certain period of time will be valid for the specified period.

- INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT:
7.1. The basic features (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the Goods/Products/Services, as well as preliminary information regarding the sales price, payment method and delivery, are available on the relevant page.
7.2. All preliminary information such as sales price including VAT, payment method, delivery address is entered completely and correctly by the buyer.
7.3. Information about the goods/services, orders and sales subject to the contract is sent to the BUYER's e-mail address.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS:
8.1. The BUYER declares that he/she has read and informed the preliminary information regarding the basic qualifications, sales price and payment method and delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract on the website of the SELLER and gives the necessary confirmation electronically.
8.2. The SELLER is obliged to provide the BUYER with the basic qualifications of the goods/services subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and preliminary information regarding the delivery in a clear and understandable manner.
8.3. The goods/services subject to the contract are delivered to the BUYER after the order on the internet, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
8.4. If the SELLER fails to fulfill its contractual obligations in the event that the fulfillment of the goods/services subject to the contract becomes impossible, it notifies the BUYER of this situation before making the contract and returns the total price paid to the BUYER within 14 days if the BUYER accepts.
8.5. When the BUYER wishes to cancel his order, he may request cancellation by notifying the SELLER via e-mail, telephone or other communication channels. Cancellation requests are processed by the SELLER when they reach the relevant unit and the BUYER is informed.
- ORDER & DELIVERY:
9.1. The Buyer confirms the details of the order placed on the website or in writing. The order becomes effective when payment is confirmed by the seller.
9.2. The seller is obliged to deliver the products to the specified delivery address as soon as possible after the confirmation of the order.
9.3. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and international shipping.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS:
10.1. The Buyer agrees to the price and payment terms applicable at the time of his order.

- WARRANTY AND SERVICE:
11.1. The Seller guarantees that the products sold meet a certain quality standard.
11.2. Service requests for products under warranty must be submitted via [Service Contact Information].
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
12.1. This agreement is governed by Turkish Law and the courts of Istanbul [Specified Istanbul Courts] are authorized.
12.2. All kinds of correspondence, notices and warnings between the parties are made through the contact information specified above.
12.3. This agreement may not be transferred to a third party without the prior written consent of the parties.
A copy of this Agreement will be sent by the SELLER to the BUYER via e-mail after it has been accepted electronically by the BUYER.
