Membership Agreement
This User/Membership Information Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Makina Jay Dee / MJD7 GROUP (Mojahed Abdelmonim Azhary Mahady) ("Company") accessed through the www.makinajaydee.com website (the "Website") or mobile applications and the members of the Website.
Contract Setup:
You need to create a user password by entering the information requested by the company completely and correctly. It is important that you enter the mandatory information completely before creating your membership. After the completion of the User/Membership process, you can correct any deficiencies or errors noticed in the "My Information" section or contact Customer Service.
Contract Submission:
When the User/Membership process is completed, this Agreement will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the user. In addition, it will be possible to access the Agreement through the Website.
Membership Cancellation:
Users may terminate their membership by giving verbal or written notice without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Processing of Personal Data:
The company acts as a data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and may process personal information under certain conditions.
Commercial Electronic Communications:
Users can give permission to receive promotional, advertising, communication, promotional electronic messages.

If it is not possible, the User/Member has the right to apply to the Provincial and District Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the settlement, within the legal monetary limits.
